I think the service has really improved over time especially with answering telephones, they are quick to answer calls and have now extended the phone line open hours.

I have had the best experience with this team. Very helpful and caring. The telephones are now answered most of the time or I get a call back when I leave messages. Thank you wheelchair service.

Only downside is that they NEVER answer the phone so you cannot even reschedule an appointment, instead you're told off for not rescheduling lol!

The worst service on the NHS , long waiting time for equipment, accessments and they never answer the phone
